Returns & Refunds policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received invoice or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned invoice cancel. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The package were purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Tour / Rent cancellations can be confirmed no later than 4x24 hours before the tour schedule for Domestic Tours, and 1 week before for International Tours, if less than that then the Cancellation process cannot be carried out
This cancellation does not apply to all tour processes available on manakeman.online, first study the costs listed on each available tour, whether you can cancel it or not.
Several things that can cause a refund process are as follows:
Information from the Tour Operator / Tour Guide who cannot carry out their Tour Program on the appointed day, if the Tour Operator / Tour Guide proposes a change of day, but the Buyer refuses, then the refund will still be processed
The Tour Operator / Tour Guide cancels the trip package unilaterally.
There is a Natural Disaster condition at the Tourist Location which cannot be avoided by the Tour Operator / Tour Guide before the Day of Implementation of the Trip Package
Some things that cannot be refunded are as follows:
Sudden information from the Buyer/Customer to cancel the tour beyond the specified time for various reasons (Illness, other business interests, family needs, etc.)
There was a natural disaster in the middle of the ongoing trip event
Money will be returned a maximum of 14 days after the cancellation process is carried out by the customer and is acknowledged by the Tour Operator / Tour Guide with the following conditions:
Credit Card Refunds will be returned to the customer's Credit Card Limit
GoPay refunds will be returned to the Customer's Wallet (estimated 7 working days)
Refund Bank Transfer & Alfamart, refund funds directly to the customer's account directly.
